CRIT FEEDBACK:
STRENGTHS:
- Looks easy to navigate
- Good use of scamp designs and digital mock ups
- Serif type face is appropriate for both theme and target audience
- Photographs in circles are appropriate as it represents a 'tea ring'
- Title is a nice size, legible
AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT:
- How are your other pages going to work?
- A digital copy/ attempt at HTML would of been nice
- Consider using colours like Twininga
- Get rid of the navigation box, would look cleaner
- Make the logo represent tea more?
CONSIDERATIONS:
- Consider redesigning logo, possibly add colour
- Are the images just photographs or will they link out to other pages?
- Incorporate the theme of 'the world' more, very British
- Logo at bottom works well, this could be a static element, that stays in the same place as the website scrolls up and down
- Images look as though they are different types of tea, if so these could hover over to see what types of tea they are and a bit about them.
I like the suggestions to improve my website and definitely think my site will benefit from them, I aim to have the images give information when hovering over them and like the idea of the logo staying in the same page whilst the pages scroll, these are all things i'll take into consideration when building the website.
